GM Burger Bar -RVC Welcomes Springtime

This is the face of a very relaxed New York City High School Teacher. In May. A month before Regent’s exams. Thanks to our favorite spot for all things good – GM Burger Bar located at 209 North Long Beach Road in Rockville Centre. When the air warms up and life gets hectic, we look for somewhere with an amiable staff, delicious food and a comfortable outdoor patio. GM Burger Bar is one of the first restaurants in town to open up their front patio and give their guests the option of dining al fresco. We particularly appreciate the staff that are always welcome to us bringing our little Stella (our Beabull furbaby) and having her tied under our table as we dine. If you are a pet owner you know the guilt of coming home to your pet partner and longing for dinner out. It just doesn’t happen all too often. The guilt is just too much. So, we look for reputable restaurants that have excellent service and food that allow us this opportunity to dine without the guilt. The food is consistently on point – the coconut shrimp were golden brown and perfectly crunchy – and paired with the homemade coleslaw it was just what I needed on a  warm spring night. My sweetie got Tuscan Under the Sun which was a chicken burger with tomato, mozzarella, and balsamic – he thoroughly enjoyed it. The white wine flights were a nice touch to a long day as was my cerveza from The Great South Bay Brewery . Shout out to Sofia for great service!
