Get in the Holiday Spirit in Summit!

Friday, Nov. 30, 5-9pm

Shop, dine, and celebrate in Summit this holiday season! Your favorite places to shop will be open late so you can do your holiday shopping right in downtown Summit while listening to music throughout town, sipping on hot chocolate, and taking a Horse and Carriage ride (5-8pm at Lyric Park on the corner of Beechwood Road and Bank Street).  And winners for the Shop Summit Passport will be drawn at 8pm!

Want a couple hours to shop and dine without the kids? The Summit YMCA will be offering free babysitting complete with pizza and activities from 5-9pm, so you and your friends or significant other can enjoy a night out on the town.  Babysitting is free, but registration is required. Call 908-273-3330 to register.

New this holiday season are Summit VISA Gift Cards available for purchase at summitdowntown.org! Don’t know what to get? Summit Gift Cards will be accepted at over 100 Summit businesses.

All activities are free to the public.

Entertainment tonight includes…
• DJ Nick Salsa will be spinning holiday tunes in the Promenade, next to MONDO, 426 Springfield Ave.

The Nat Grauman Duo will be playing tunes on the corner of Beechwood Rd. and Union Pl. near Starbucks, 2 Beechwood Rd.

• The Bud Ayres Trio will be playing jazz outside at Winberie’s, 2 Kent Place Blvd., corner Springfield Ave.

• Holiday Brass Quartet will be strolling around downtown.

• Christmas Matters Holiday Carolers will be strolling around downtown.

• Girl Scout Troop 45482, Brayton Girls will be caroling around downtown too!
