Garlic Press
I’m not a fan of stinky garlic fingers. Can’t help it when you to need to mince garlic, unless you have a garlic press! I swear by them. Minces the peeled garlic clove finely and leaves the nasty bits behind. No stink on the fingers. I have had the same press for years, but Caphalon makes a relatively inexpensive press and you can find it at Bed Bath and Beyond in Paramus.
