Countdown to a Beach Bod
We are so close to summer vacation and beach season. But don’t fret if you’re not quite ready to don your swimsuit. I’ve got 28 days of fitness to take you right into summer leaner, stronger and feeling so much better.
These mini-workouts will only take a matter of minutes but if you want to rev up the challenge, repeat each exercise 3X. These are great add-ons to your regular workout routine or use this to start onto a regular fitness routine. And remember, abs (and booty and legs etc) are made in the kitchen.
