Cleansing
Cleansing seems to be the new topic of conversation whenever I am out and about with a group of women. After our February vacation, I felt now was the time I should try a cleanse. Clearly I don’t make the best decisions on food choices when I am on vacation. Cleanses always sound like a great idea but I don’t think I could stick with it. I am always interested in reading up on the subject hoping I will find one I can manage. I came across a great pamphlet while I was shopping in Whole Foods about Cleansing and Weight Control. It was well written and all about how to discover the healthy new you. It provided tips to lose weight and cleansing questions. Also, Yesfive.net has a great post about Cleansing written by our own Dr. Karen Latimer. It’s all very good information about the Cleansing programs and whether they would be right for you (of course you should talk to you physician if you are thinking about trying any type of new weight loss or nutritional program). For a few of you, it could be worth the research if you want to try something new.
