Cauliflower Crust Pizza
Here’s an easy way to get your kids to eat more veggies: cauliflower pizza crust from Cali’Flour Foods. These gluten-free, flatbread-style pizza crusts are one of my favorite things. They have healthy ingredients, are low in carbs, are locally sourced, are non-GMO corn-free and soy-free. My son loves them. I use organic pizza sauce (no sugar added), artichokes, greek olives and feta cheese on mine.
I don’t know that I could make the crust to taste as good as these do; buying them is so much easier than making them. You do need the pizza pan that comes with it, so buy that bundle. The Italian is the best one in my opinion. Two come in a package.
You can order them at Cali’Flour Foods, They’re 5 for $55 at Cali’Flour Foods but I found them for less on Amazon: 10 for $64 or try to crusts for $23.
