Carnivale of the Dogs

Bring your family for a day filled with music, giveaways, food, pet psychic readings, doggie beauty salon, pet caricaturist, photographer, veterinarian, animal rescue groups, various dog related exhibitors, dog trainer demonstrations, Blessing of the Animals by Rev. Celine Penti and the 5th Annual Delaney Dog Show. Per park regulations, all dogs must be on a 6 foot leash. (No flexi-leads, please.) No admission fee. Rain or Shine. Sunday, October 7, 2012 • 11am – 3pm. The Wild Duck Pond, 1133 E. Ridgewood Avenue, Ridgewood, NJ.

The dog who raises the most money as of midnight October 6th will be crowned “KING” or “QUEEN” of the Carnivale. Aside from bragging rights, your dog will kick off the Opening Ceremonies at 11AM and receives priority visits to the Snazzy Salon, Photographer, Caricaturist and Pet Psychic. The winner will receive a beautiful14K Gold Diamond Crown Necklace, valued at $800, donated by Devon Jewelers of Wyckoff. 2nd and 3rd place winners (also known as members of the royal family) will be named as Prince/Princess and Duke/Duchess and will each receive a piece of jewelry valued at $150, also donated by Devon Jewelers. Winners need not be present.
