Avocado and Greek Yogurt on Rice Cracker

This is a great healthy appetizer but we also love it for lunch because it’s tasty and fills you up. Enjoy this guilt-free knowing that you’re eating something packed with fiber and potassium–thank you avocados!

Find out why you should add avocados to your diet.

Size: makes 4 (I used a 16oz. size of yogurt with juice from half a lime. I made it for a crowd)

Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado sliced
2 tablespoons thick Greek yogurt
juice of half a lime(I would use less for this portion)
sea salt
dried red chili flakes
black sesame rice crackers

Directions:

1. Place sliced avocado evenly on rice cracker, feeling free to muddle a bit to fit the shape of the cracker.

2. Squeeze lime juice into yogurt and place a dollop on top of the avocado.

3. Sprinkle with sea salt and as much dried red chili as you can handle.
