No Time Like The Present: Getting an Advance Healthcare Directive

Let me first say that I am easily brought to tears during Grey’s Anatomy (not sure why I even watch it anymore!) so pondering my own demise and end-of-life wishes is not something I relish. The reality is though, an advance healthcare directive deserves a priority spot on the “to-do” list for the obvious reasons. Advance directives are legal documents that take out the guesswork for family, friends and healthcare professionals by conveying your decisions about end-of-life care.
