It’s one of our favorite week’s in Summit: Restaurant Week, a week of prix fixe menus and specials at Summit restaurants! So grab a date and head to town to enjoy a summer evening at one of your favorite restaurants. Several even offer outdoor seating. The week begins with a Kickoff Celebration on Thursday, July 20 with live music downtown and prize drawings at participating restaurants. Restaurant week runs from July 20-30.
