Coconut Kale Green Smoothie

I am trying to get a little healthier this year. I bought all the ingredients for this green smoothie today. I was given the recipe from a nutritionist. It is healthy and tastes great.

Size: 2-3

Ingredients:
1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup pineapple-I use frozen from Trader Joe's
1 banana
a handful of spinach
a handful of kale
chia seeds

Directions:

You can doctor it up however you would like. If you use fresh pineapple, then add ice. I also added watercress to mine today because I had it in my fridge. Some of my kids will even drink it.
