Kauai – St. Regis Princeville Resort
ST. REGIS PRINCEVILLE RESORT, KAUAI
I have been fortunate enough to travel to some beautiful places over the years. Most recently my husband and I spent two weeks in Hawaii. While there, we spent a week at the St. Regis Princeville Resort on the Northern shore of the island of Kauai. Although the hotel has over 250 rooms and plenty of amenities, it maintains a true sense of serenity.
Located on a private beach where Bali Hai meets Hanalei Bay, guests gather nightly on the Bar’s lanai to watch the sunset. In addition to the stunning sunsets, the nightly entertainment at the St. Regis Bar was something I looked forward to. I particularly enjoyed the gracefulness of the Hawaiian dancers. It was like poetry in motion.
In the morning, if you were lucky, you might just see a perfect Hawaiian rainbow while eating breakfast on Makana Terrace. Directly outside of the resort’s entrance, we enjoyed long walks surrounded by views of Hanalei Bay and Makai Golf Course.
Perhaps the magic of Hawaii takes hold of you making everything seem perfect. That may very well be, but this hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. The service, hospitality, accommodations, and meals were exceptional. The location was ideal as we were able to navigate the island without issues.
When asked about our trip to Hawaii my response is always the same; I wish everyone could go to experience such incredible beauty firsthand. Trust me, once you get there, you will not want to leave.
