Learn the art of making risotto…with your special someone!

Healthy Italia is offering a class and learn to make risotto from scratch! The evening will begin enjoying asparagus with swiss cheese and bacon. You will then prepare and enjoy Creamy Risotto with Mushrooms and Healthy Italia Truffle Sauce. Dolce of fruit and whipped cream will finish off the meal.

There will be complimentary wine tasting so you can learn how to pair the perfect wine with each of these dishes. $195 per couple
