Seelbach Cocktail

Another Kentucky cocktail classic. Bourbon gets dressed up with bitters, orange liquor and Champagne.

Size: makes 1

Ingredients:
1 oz bourbon
1/2 oz Cointreau
7 dashes Angostura bitters
7 dashes Peychaud's bitters (omit if cannot find... available thru Internet)
5 oz chilled dry Champagne

Directions:

Pour everything* except the Champagne into a Champagne flute and stir. Top with Champagne, give everything a light stir, and garnish with an orange twist.

* If preferred very chilled… shake everything but Champagne in shaker with ice first… I recommend doing this.
