Leather For Any Weather…

Leather is an absolute must in every wardrobe, no matter what your style is.  Leather clothing can either be super trendy, or ultra classic depending on the style of the piece.  This ever-enduring trend is one of my favorites and only seems to be only getting bigger. How will you decide to wear it?

The Leather Jacket:   A classic piece that you will have forever (Although there are definitely trendy styles out there.)  They are perfect to throw over any outfit- for an edgy touch, or to just keep warm!  For a more of-the-moment look, opt for denim or fur jackets with leather sleeves.

Skirts or Shorts:  Can be worn with bare legs in warmer weather or with tights when it’s cold.  A leather skirt lends a girly take on such a edgy material.  To soften the look even further, pair it with more feminine pieces like a lace top.

Leggings: Leggings seem to be everywhere these days, and real or faux leather make no exception!  If full leather leggings are too daring for you, try ones with leather paneling or tuxedo stripes on the sides.

Tops:  A leather top can be worn anytime of year in any weather.  I just picked up a sleeveless peplum top like this one, and can’t wait to wear it.  When it finally warms up around here I’ll wear it alone, but for now I’ll pair it with a crop jacket or sweater.
