Free Senior Health Program on 9/20 at Allendale Community for Mature Living

On Thursday, September 20, area residents and caregivers are invited to attend a free senior health program at The Atrium Assisted Living at The Allendale Community for Mature Living in Allendale. The event will highlight the special challenges that families and caregivers face in caring for seniors and methods to support them. Karen Angrist, MSW, LCSW, and Jennifer Randall, M.D., will facilitate a discussion aimed to provide peace of mind about the well-being of elderly parents and relatives.

The event is part of a monthly health series featuring topics that are pertinent to seniors and their families. The Allendale Community for Mature Living is located at 85 Harreton Road in Allendale, just off Route 17 South.
