The latest invention from a pioneering scooter maker is Micro Luggage, a ride-on suitcase with a built-in scooter. You can scoot through terminals easily and smoothly, then when you get to your gate, the handlebar retracts and the suitcase fits into a standard overhead bin. Too often a trip to the airport is hectic and stressful (see Boarding Time – Flying with Children). Micro Luggage adds an element of fun… and speed. The suitcase suddenly transforms into a trolley and finally a kickboard. Checking in is eliminated because you take it with you as cabin luggage. With that, you leave all other passengers behind and you arrive at the security check point or  gate before them.
