A fingerprint you’ll always cherish

After her second child was born in 2006, stay at home Ridgewood mom, Siobhan Winograd, began to think about some of the professional aspects of her life she had left behind.  She left her very successful career as Director of Engineering and New Product Development at Tiffany and Co. to start a family.  She came to the realization that there are few opportunities in the work place for women who want to be the primary caregivers for their children, while continuing to develop their professional lives.  Her solution? She created the company Womily— A combination of women, work, and family.  The signature line started with an idea she named “Touch.” It is a translation of a fingerprint into a piece of gold or sterling silver that can be worn as a charm, pendant, cuff link, or key chain.  The name was meant to signify that the fingerprint represents someone who has “touched” your life.  The line has since grown, and now offers alphabet, gemstone, custom and phrase charms, mens touch or custom cufflinks, and to show our love to our four legged family members, paper weights or desk accessories of their paw prints!
