Cool Off with a Raspberry Sorbet Champagne Float
We love this cocktail from The Cookie Rookie. It’s the perfect combination of a cocktail and dessert.
INGREDIENTS
2-3 scoops raspberry sorbet
1 cup pink champagne
fresh raspberries for garnish
Directions
Place scoops of sorbet in large wine glass. Pour champagne over the sorbet. Top with raspberries. Serve with a spoon or wait til it gets melty and drink it up!
