25 Alternatives to Your New Year Resolution
We all know it to be true, resolutions don’t work. January 1st is no different than any other day in its ability to transform us, inspire change and break bad habits. Small, intentional new habits are the way to affect lasting change.
Here are a 25 simple ways to lay the foundation for a healthier, happier 2020. Pick a couple and stick with them. You will feel a sense of accomplishment and gain the confidence to look for more easy ways to improve your overall feeling of wellness. Don’t overthink it, just take a glance and choose 2 or 3 you think are doable for you.

2. Don’t look for the closest parking spot.
3. Get a standing desk.
4. Skip two meals a week.
5. Don’t buy your favorite cookies or chips.
6. Download a mediation app.
7. Once a week, call instead of texting.
8. Put your phone down when you are having dinner.
